With some seeded players yet to play their mixed doubles matches, Willis, 25, is first alternate with Poland's Klaudia Jans-Ignacik if a pair drops out. Meanwhile his profile continues to grow following an appearance in ‘Hello!' magazine with girlfriend Jennifer Bate.
