- 이준환 교수는 Human-Computer Interaction 분야의 전문가로 미국 Carnegie Mellon University의 School of Computer Science에서 HCI 전공으로 박사학위를 받았다. (주)네오위즈의 창업멤버로 박사학위를 마친 후인 2009년-2011년에는 ㈜네오위즈 인터넷의 본부장/CIO를 역임했다. 현재, 서울대학교 언론정보학과에 재직하며 Human-AI Interaction과 Computational Journalism 분야의 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있으며, 한국 HCI학회 부회장과, 한국 인지과학회 회장, 그리고 HCI 분야에서 국제적으로 가장 저명한 학회인 ACM SIGCHI의 편집위원 (program committee) 을 역임했다.Dr. Joonhwan Lee is a professor of the Department of Communication at Seoul National University. He rereceived a Ph.D. from the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. He was a founding member of Neowiz Corporation and served as CIO of Neowiz Internet from 2009 to 2011. Currently, he conducts research in the fields of Human-AI Interaction and Computational Journalism. Additionally, he has served as the vice president of the Korea HCI Society, the president of the Korean Cognitive Science Society, and as a member of the program committee for ACM SIGCHI, which is internationally the most prestigious conference in the HCI field.

- 이현경 박사는 정보통신정책연구원의 지능정보사회정책연구실 부연구위원으로서 사람중심의 인공지능 구현을 위한 인공지능 윤리정책 개발, ICT 기반 사회현안 해결방안 연구, 디지털 대전환 메가트렌드 연구 (2030 디지털 대전환 미래 시나리오), 메타버스 시대의 사회문제와 대응방안 등의 연구에 참여하고 있다. 2022년에는 초·중·고 인공지능 윤리교재 개발을 주관하였고 디지털 역량 및 국민의 디지털자본, 지능정보사회의 미래 인재양성 방안 등에 대해 연구하고 있다.Dr. Lee, is an Associate Research Fellow at the Center for AI & Social Policy of the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI). Her research area covers policy for human-centered artificial intelligence (AI), AI ethics education, digital transformation and digital divide, ICT-based solutions to social problems in the intelligent information society. She received a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Korea University and a Master of Urban Planning (MUP) degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She received Ph.D. in the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration at George Washington University. Dr. Lee also worked for Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Washington D.C. as a legislative researcher.

- 이상욱 교수는 현재 한양대학교 철학과와 대학원 인공지능학과 교수로 재직중이다. 서울대학교 물리학과에서 학사와 석사를 런던대학교(LSE)에서 과학철학으로 박사 학위를 받았다. 박사학위 논문으로 Robert McKenzie Prize를 수상했고, 하버드-옌칭 연구소 방문학자, 캠브리지대학교 클레어홀 초빙 연구원을 역임했다. 첨단 과학기술이 제기하는 다양한 철학적 쟁점을 과학기술정책 등 실천적 주제와 연계하여 연구하고 있으며, 현재 유네스코 세계과학기술윤리위원회(COMEST) 부의장과 HY 과학기술윤리법정책센터 센터장을 맡고 있다.Dr. Sang-Wook Lee is currently a professor in the Department of Philosophy and the Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence at Hanyang University. He earned both his undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Physics from Seoul National University and received his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He was awarded the Robert McKenzie Prize for his doctoral dissertation and he has held positions as a visiting scholar at the Harvard-Yenching Institute and as a visiting research fellow at Clare Hall, University of Cambridge. His research focuses on the diverse philosophical issues raised by advanced science and technology, linking them to practical subjects such as science and technology policy. Currently, he holds positions as the Vice-Chairman of UNESCO's World Commission on the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology (COMEST) and the Director of the HY Center for Ethics, Law & Policy of Science & Technology.

- 최재식 교수/CEO는 한국과학기술원 김재철 AI대학원의 교수 및 ㈜인이지의 대표이사로 재직중이다. 서울대 컴퓨터공학과에서 학사, 미국 일리노이주립대 컴퓨터과학과에서 박사학위를 받았다. 이후 미국 로렌스 버클리 연구소에서 박사후연구원으로 재직하였고, 울산과학기술원 전기전자컴퓨터공학부의 조교수/부교수로 재직하였다. 또한 울산과학기술원 재직중 ㈜인이지를 설립하였으며, 현재 한국과학기술원 김재철 AI대학원의 부교수로 재직중이다. 최재식교수/CEO의 연구분야는 시계열 데이터 예측과 설명가능 인공지능 연구이며, 세계최고수준의 관계형자동통계학자 기술개발로 AI의 예측성 개선 및 포항 제2고로 AI기술 적용으로 연600억원 절감 등 AI 기술확산에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 국무총리표장을 수여받기도 하였다. 현재 KAIST 설명가능인공지능연구센터 센터장, 디지털 플랫폼정부위원회 AI데이터분과위원, 대통령직속 국가과학기술자문회의 ICT융합전문위원, 한국정보과학회 이사등을 맡고 있다.Jaesik Choi is a professor at KimJaecheol AI Graduate School of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and CEO of INEEJI. He received a bachelor's degree from Seoul National University's Department of Computer Engineering and a doctorate from Illinois State University's Department of Computer Science. Afterwards, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Lawrence Berkeley Research Institute in the United States, and as an assistant professor/associate professor at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Computer Engineering at the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology(UNIST). In addition, he founded Ineeji Co., Ltd. while working at UNIST, and is currently serving as an
associate professor at KimJaecheol AI Graduate School of Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(KAIST). Jaesik Choi's research areas are time-series data prediction and explainable artificial intelligence research, and he was awarded the Prime Minister's commendation for his contribution to the spread of AI technology, such as improving the predictability of AI by developing world-class relational automatic statistician technology and saving 60 billion won a year by applying AI technology to Pohang's second furnace. Currently, he is the head of the KAIST Explained Artificial Intelligence Research Center, a member of the AI Data Subcommittee of the Digital Platform Government Committee, a member of the National Science and Technology Advisory Council's ICT convergence expert, and a director of the Korean Information Science Association.

- 한석현 실장은 2007년부터 서울YMCA 시민중계실에서 17년 동안 시민권익 보호와 향상을 위한 일을 해오고 있다. 특히 통신과 방송 분야의 소비자운동을 주요 업무 영역으로 하고 있으며, 빅데이터 사회에서의 개인정보 보호, 인권과 안전을 위한 인공지능과 시민사회의 역할과 참여에 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 시민운동에 몸담은 이후 환경운동, 통일운동 등 다양한 영역의 경험을 가지고 있으며, 시민들의 삶의 현장에서 문제를 발굴하고 이의 해결을 위한 실천활동을 이어오고 있다.General Manager Han Seok-hyun has been working at the Seoul YMCA Citizens' Mediation Center since 2007, dedicating 17 years to protecting and enhancing citizens' rights and interests. His primary focus is on consumer movements in the fields of telecommunications and broadcasting. He shows a keen interest in protecting personal information in a big data society and explores the roles and involvement of artificial intelligence and civil society in upholding human rights and safety. Since joining the citizen movement, he has garnered experience in a wide range of fields such as environmental and unification movements and continues to engage in practical activities to identify and resolve problems in the everyday lives of residents.
